Bkstg was an app for fans to connect with their favorite musicians and artists. It was a start up, so I worked as an interaction designer as well as a motion designer.
As interaction designer, my focus was on action/reaction and workflow. We had a unique interface and the animations could make or break the experience. I was responsible for sending prototypes to our engineers to ensure clarity in communication.
As motion designer, I was responsible for branding and marketing asks. This clip is from an ad showcasing the app. I created the motion graphics for the ad as well as the animations within each screen.
